Save 50% off on what we are considering “Second Quality” prefolds! Although these diapers are of good quality, our manufacturer did not make these diapers to our specifications. The fabric is heavyweight, quilts up and absorbs as you would expect any Diaper Service Quality prefold diaper. The twill weave and serging is just not as tight as we like.
There are some other discrepancies in some of the diapers and are listed as follows:
The lower straight serging on some of the diapers did not quite make it to end of the diaper. Some of the diapers have a 1-1/2″-2″ gap on the lower straight serging. This could potentially cause some unraveling. Out of approximately 100 diapers tested we found 4 that had come unraveled. If you can sew, this would be an easy fix.
The infant premium diapers have 4X7X4 layering rather than 4X8X4
The unbleached baby premium diapers are what we consider “half bleached”. They are off white in color rather than natural/tan.
